Section 1 – Introduction of Aphrodisiac & Sexual Life

Aphrodisiac — Sex Tonic

In Ayurveda – the Indian System of Medicine, Aphrodisiac is called as "VAJIKARNA" the definition of which is as follow:–

In Ayurveda animal – Horse is said to be the most powerful in sex energy and a person without sex power is called as Avaji i.e., he is not like a Horse and the material or the medicine which makes a person powerful in sex energy like a Horse ( Vaji ) is called as Vajikarna – the Sex Tonic.

Section 2

Some people hesitate and feel shy to discuss their sex related problems / diseases with a doctor, only to make them chronic and to have their long lasting bad effects on their mind. To discuss about Sex related problem with a doctor, is not a matter of shame as sexual instinct is part of human beings and even of animals and plants, from the very beginning of this world i.e. from the time of Adam and Eve. God never does a bad thing and if the God Himself has created this instinct in human being, then how can it be a matter of shame. God creates nothing without use. If it was only for a matter of reproduction then other methods of reproduction were known to Him but as it was to regulate other functions of our body, to maintain health, so it was created in human beings in this type.

A person with good sexual life feels happy, healthy , confident and active in his social as well as business life, as the hormonal level necessary for maintenance of good mental health and body strength, is maintained by the sexual act. A person with proper sexual power never thinks to suicide even in huge financial losses. He serves his family by doing even labor work and is never much depressed.

So one should never feel shy to share his problem with a doctor that too as early as possible, so that it may not become chronic. Most of the persons are cured by Dr. Naresh Saggar with counsielng alone. Only in sever and chronic cases medicinal treatment is required.

1. Sex Problems of Men - Impotency, Early Ejaculation, Dhatu (Prostatorhoea), No Orgasm (No peak of sex enjoyment), Blood Stained Ejaculate / Semen, Painful Erections, Long Duration to ejaculate and with small quantity or no ejaculate/ Semen, Feeling of Weakness after Sexual Intercourse, Narrow opening of foreskin of penis - Phymosis, Long foreskin of Penis, High attached and thick franulum - lower fold of skin attached with Glans Penis, Small Sized Penis, Nymphomania (Much more Sexual Appetite), Insomnia or Depression and loss of confidence, Dryness of mouth and Palpitation - a common symptom of Sex related Problem.
2. Sex Problems of Women - Painful Intercourse - Dysparunia, No Interest in Sexual Intercourse - No Orgasm, Dryness of Vagina even at the time of Intercourse, Too much Gushing of fluid at the time of orgasm, Weared Sound after sexual intercourse, Foul smelling discharge after Orgasm, Feeling of Weakness after sexual intercourse, Nymphomania - Too much sexual appetite, Small sized Breasts, Small Vaginal Opening and due to that penis can't enter, Atrophy of Breast and other sex organs, Insomnia and quarrelsome behavior which may be due to unsatisfied Sexual Life.
